The problem

Forensic laboratories generate dense instrument outputs — PDF reports, chromatograms, spectra, LIMS exports, and sample photos — that still require extensive manual review, transcription, cross-checking, and monthly report collation.

As volume rises (tens of thousands of samples per year in some settings), adding headcount alone does not scale. Fatigue increases QC risk. Sensitive evidence cannot be casually uploaded to public cloud AI.

The goal is not to replace forensic experts. It is to remove repetitive steps that create latency, transcription errors, and bottlenecks — while keeping every accountable decision human-gated.
